Showing up to the Page

Style and Cheek’s Year in Review:

So they say when writers have a writing block they need to still show up to the blank page and start writing. The act of writing will pull the inspiration out of you. Even if you the words don't make sense at first - you are creating, you are flowing,  you are allowing.

I use to love writing and blogging even if no one read it. The writing kept me accountable. Not only to the act of writing  and creating but being mindful of the daily lessons and intentions of my life.

What do I want to create in my life outside the page I write on?

What feelings are stirred up that need to be mediated upon?

What actions or outcomes need to celebrated?

What pieces are falling to place that need to marveled at?

Where does my gratitude lie for the day?

These questions all get answered when I write. Without writing thoughts come and go with meaning, feelings float on by without taking time for those feelings to magnified and anchored deep within, dreams and desires do not become clear guiding posts.

Tony Robbins says Clarity is Power! Writing is Clarity. The act of writing is access my power.

When you have clarity of intention, the Universe conspires with you to make it happen...:
